Corrective Exercise
The BioMechanics Method® is a systematic process to alleviate back pain and other chronic muscle and joint pain. This approach combines structural assessments, corrective exercise techniques, and life coaching strategies into a simple system that improves function and offers pain-free living to people plagued by muscle and joint pain. It incorporates exercises to retrain the body to perform more efficiently through better alignment and improved muscular function. I have earned this certification and frequently implement its methodology, in addition to many exercises I have found effective over years of experience.
