ABOUT ME
With 37 years of experience in various modalities of manual therapy, I have learned and developed numerous techniques to eliminate and prevent pain, honoring the design of the human body.
During the years that I was triathlon training (I have completed 5 Ironman races, including Ironman Hawaii), I focused more on Sports Massage and attracted many athletes as clients.
But because anyone can benefit from the highly effective manual therapy they receive in my hands, my practice has expanded to encompass a wide variety of populations and ages, each with unique issues. I see people who have suffered brain injuries; beginner, elite, and professional athletes; professional musicians; teenagers; adults; businesspeople; teachers; dentists; pilots; fitness professionals; and more.
I specialize in trigger point, neuromuscular, and myofascial therapies. Whether seeking general full-body maintenance, or treatment for specific issues or injuries, anyone can benefit from my years of experience, education, and approach.
